Strathcona County - Request for Quotes - RFQ #24.0039 Construction of Centennial Park Building

RFQ documents should be obtained from the Bonfire portal at https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca. This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for the Construction of Centennial Park Building, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The County is seeking quotations for the construction of an all-season building at Centennial Park located at 1035 Iris Evans Way, Sherwood Park, AB T8H 0H7.in Strathcona County. The Deliverables shall include the construction of a 1785.80 square foot building at Diamond #9 complete with meeting room, concession, washrooms, mechanical room and utility services. Centennial Park will remain open to the public during the course construction and the baseball fields must remain fully accessible.
