Description
The WCB is seeking a Contractor to complete a Residential Home Modification Project in Condor, Alberta as per the specifications and drawings contained in this IFB. The project will consist of: 1. Site Modifications - Supply and Install new exterior concrete work to allow for a parking and transfer pad as identified in the Architectural Drawings. 2. Bathroom Ensuite Modifications – Modify the existing master bedroom ensuite to become a new wheelchair accessible space complete with a curbless shower area, sink, toilet, and accessories as identified in the Architectural Drawings 3. All New Interior Modifications – The existing Master Bedroom and Ensuite Bathroom doors are to be widened to provide wheelchair access. All interior finishing including new flooring, repairs, patching and painting; and modified structural, mechanical, and electrical, including new light fixtures as identified in the Architectural Drawings.
