This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Quote Submission that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category: 1) Building General Contractor C7400200 This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. Any Agreement resulting from this opportunity will have a duration lasting until project completion and any applicable warranty work
