Workers' Compensation Board of Alberta - Request for Proposal - Stationery and Office Products

The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from Stationery and Office Supply Suppliers for the provision of Stationery and Office Products through an electronic ordering application. Supplies are ordered on an as required, when requested basis for several WCB locations in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta. The successful Supplier will enter into a non-exclusive Agreement with the WCB. During the Agreement, the WCB may purchase Stationery and Office Products from other sources when deemed necessary. The Stationery and Office Products requirements outlined in this RFP will evolve over time, as will product selection, technology offerings, and business requirements. Regardless, the Supplier will continue as the WCB’s preferred Stationery and Office Products supplier. The WCB does not represent or warrant the purchase of any product in any specific quantity. The estimated values and quantities of supplies indicated in this RFP do not constitute representation or warranties of any kind and the actual requirements may vary significantly from these estimates.
