Description
1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary’s (The City)is seeking supplier(s) who can provide auction consignment and sale services of The City assets when required. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, three (3) times for two (2) years each time, not to exceed seven (7) years in total.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 85 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/08/01.
