Description
The City requires an objective, qualified and expert third-party consultant to undertake a comprehensive review of the current Elected Officials Compensation and Resourcing at the City. Specifically, the Consultant will undertake the following key activities: • Develop and present a project work plan that includes an elected officials participation strategy including in-person interview(s), survey(s) for each elected officials and Council as a whole • Conduct research and analysis of major urban Canadian municipalities • Compile information and data that will provide a more accurate overview of the time commitment that is required from individuals who serve as elected officials as content to be included in a Candidates Information Package.

The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/07/15.
