Description
The Town wishes to procure and secure a legal arrangement with a suitably qualified Operator to deliver high-quality programs and services to customers, to operate and maintain the facilities and assume responsibility for financial management, asset management and operating reserves, supplying future furniture, fixtures and equipment and capital enhancements of the facilities.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 365 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/11/01.
