Civida requires a qualified mechanical contractor to provide complete and fully operational building management control systems in complete accordance with the codes and standards for Flagstaff Apartments (located at 11928-101 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta), Sherbrooke Village (located at 12708-118 Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta) and Stony Plain Manor (located at 10105-159 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta).
A site visit of all three (3) locations will be held June 20 beginning promptly at 1:00 pm Alberta time. The Civida representatives and attendees will meet at the first site and visit each subsequent site in the following sequential order:
1st Site - 11928-101 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta
2nd Site - 12708-118 Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta
3rd Site - 10105-159 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta
All work under this RFQ must be completed by November 1, 2024
