Description
The ARROW Utilities (ARROW), formerly known as the Alberta Capital Region Wastewater Commission, is requesting expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified engineering consulting firms who possess the required personnel, experience, and resources to assist with the development of a comprehensive Wastewater Utility Master Plan. This EOI will act as a pre-selection process that will shortlist up to three (3) qualified consultants who demonstrate appropriate qualifications to submit proposals for the assignment. The following will outline the project scope, EOI requirements and scoring methodology for consultant selection.

The estimated contract period will be 5 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/04.
