Municipal District of Smoky River No. 130 - Invitation to Bid - Jean Cote Landfill Cell Construction

MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF SMOKY RIVER 2024 Landfill Cell Construction June 24, 2024 RE: Landfill Cell Construction –Near Hamlet of Jean Cote in the MD of Smoky River The MD of Smoky River is seeking tenders to construct a new landfill cell within the existing Jean Cote Landfill site. The successful bidder will be the highest score as determined by the criteria listed below. The project is lump-sum based. This payment will be full compensation for all work including, but not limited to mobilization, topsoil removal, stripping, excavation, stockpile construction, spreading, miscellaneous debris disposal, equipment, perimeter game fencing to be installed, and operator expenses, applicable insurance and WCB costs, all labor, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary to complete the Work to the satisfaction of the MD with the exceptions noted herein. Construction is as per the attached plans and notes. \ Tenders will be accepted at the MD office in Falher until 2:00 pm local time, Tuesday, July 9th, 2024, in a sealed envelope labeled “Landfill Cell Construction Tender – MD of Smoky River”. Tender opening will be at 2:01 pm in the MD administrative building. Any tenders received beyond the time specified, or that are deemed to be incomplete, will not be accepted.
