This PQR is issued by the Province to allow the Government of Alberta to establish and access a Standing Offer List of Pre-Qualified Contractors capable of providing various management consulting services, including, but not limited to: strategic planning, organizational review & change management, process review & optimization, technology implementation & support, and market research & jurisdictional scanning. The Province is seeking a simple, efficient way to obtain management consulting services to continue evolving and optimizing centralized IMT service delivery, strategies and processes.
