Strathcona County - Negotiated Request for Proposal - RFP #24.0064 Integrated Project Delivery Team for the Indoor Fieldhouse

RFP documents should be obtained from the Bonfire portal at https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca. There is a Mandatory Site Visit / Pre-Proposal Meeting; refer to section 1.4.2 of the Invitation and Submission Instructions (Part 1) of the RFP. Note, pre-registration is required. This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective entities (each, a "Proponent") to submit proposals for Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Team ("Proponent Team") for the Indoor Fieldhouse, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The County is looking to engage an experienced and innovative Proponent Team of consultants and contractors which possesses the skills and experience required to join the County’s Integrated Project Delivery Team (the “IPD Team”) to design and construct a new Indoor Fieldhouse located in Strathcona County (the “Project”). In this RFP, “Team Member” means each member of a Proponent’s team that will constitute the Proponent Team and who will provide the design and construction needed for the Project and which must include one (1) of each of the following entities: architect; general contractor (including IPD facilitation, which may be through a separate entity); civil and geotechnical consultant; civil trade; structural engineering consultant; structural contractor; mechanical engineering consultant; mechanical contractor (trades); electrical engineering consultant; electrical contractor (trades); and turf specialist and trade. The selected Proponent’s Team Members shall undertake the Project, fulfilling the design, construction, consultant (engineering) and contractor (trades) roles and responsibilities.
