Description
The City is seeking a qualified prime contractor to carry out the required work and services to advance the Marina Paradise development towards obtaining the Final Acceptance Certificate. The successful prime contractor will work with the City and its third-party consultant to complete, but not be limited to, the following: deep utilities repairs (provisional), concrete work, paving, and addressing any incomplete items.

The estimated contract period will be 1 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/08/12.
