Description
1. This RFQ is open to all interested vendors.
2. The Calgary Fire Department (CFD) is planning on acquiring Class A Firefighting Foam to fulfill operational usage requirements and replenish stocks. CFD currently uses Angus Class A Hi-Combat Foam (ANG011253).
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of three (3) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, one (1) time for two (2) years. The potential total term length is five (5) years.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/02.
