    Description
    The City requires a qualified firm to conduct benchmarking research on other municipalities’ standards, guidelines and process in related to fire flow, review the City of Calgary’s current application of technical standards/guidelines, identify issues at each stage in our Planning Approvals Continuum, conduct internal/external engagement, and make recommendations of improvements to the application of technical standards, guidelines and fire flow review process for development in new and established areas. Based on the final recommendation, training materials will be developed for internal and external parties.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/30.
