Christ the Redeemer Catholic Separate School Division - Request for Proposal - Request for Proposals for Roof Contractors for Roof Replacement Project at Holy Trinity Academy

The Christ the Redeemer Catholic Separate School Division requires an experienced Roofing Contractor to assist with replacing the roof at Holy Trinity Academy located in Okotoks. For budgeting purposes, this project shall be completed in sections with the first section to be completed as soon as possible, and the following sections to be completed in 2025 and 2026. This procurement shall cover all sections of the roof. The design intent for the Work is to provide a new singly-ply roof system, including all flashings and accessories, to achieve the following: 1) Improve drainage conditions. 2) Improve thermal efficiency. 3) Remain watertight including flashing and penetrations. 4) Remain intact for all wind events less than the 1:50 interval published by the National Building Code of Canada.
