Meridian Housing Foundation - Remove and Replace Bedroom and Bathroom Doors (2 doors per suite)

Remove and replace pre-hung bedroom and bathroom doors including the door trim for 20 - 1 bedroom suites. The suites now have hollow core oak-stained doors that measure 32” X 80”. The trim is to be similar to existing Tapered style trim so it will match the rest of the suite The Doors are to be a non-designed slab hollow door, the doors and trim are to be painted by contractor (color to be determined by Meridian Housing Foundation). The Hardware is to be re-used on the new doors. The suites are all occupied so there will be a need to coordinate times so as not to interfere with the residents The contractor is responsible for repairs (walls…) required that are created from the work. The completion date would be by December 1, 2024
