Description
The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proposals from suitably qualified Proponents who demonstrate sufficient experience and qualifications in stakeholder and public engagement services, including block programming. The selected Proponent will develop an Infrastructure Development Plan essential for advancing the project into subsequent phases of design development and construction.
