Civida requires general contractor services to complete various project scopes comprising of capital maintenance and suite renovation work on an as and when needed basis. The location of work will vary, however, all properties are located within the City of Edmonton and surrounding area.
The project scopes will generally consist of residential interior renovation and refinishing work, building envelope work, and site improvement work.
