Invest Alberta Corporation - Request for Proposal - Client and Partner Survey Services

IAC conducts a client and partner survey on an annual basis following the end of the fiscal year to gain insights into clients' and partners' satisfaction with their interactions with IAC over the previous year. The objective is to gather data on clients' and partners' views, attitudes, opinions, perceptions, and levels of satisfaction regarding their interactions with IAC. In this regard, IAC wishes to engage with a consultancy firm to work with its policy and engagement team to identify best practices and successes in IAC’s client and partner interactions, as well as to identify gaps, opportunities, and challenges.
