Diamond Jubilee Manor is a 45 unit three story seniors apartment building located at 4612-52 Avenue in Stony Plain. The facility was constructed in 1982 and is owned by the Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by Meridian Housing Foundation. The building windows (suite, staircase, laundry room, common area) require replacing. Meridian Housing Foundation, working on behalf of ASHC, is soliciting for a Building Envelope Consultant for this project
