Description
The Town of Innisfail is seeking the services of a qualified engineering firm to serve as the lead
consultant on part of the undeveloped portion of Lot A Plan 912 2022 and Lot 14 Block 85
Plan 182 2155.
The town wishes to develop the parcel into a combination of single detached, multi-family,
and commercial lots. The work will include detailed design and construction tendering
throughout the development of the parcel.
Based on the review of the RFP Responses, the Town may invite the successful respondent to
enter into a contract to complete the work described herewith.
No offer for services is being offered in this RFP, nor will the Town of Innisfail necessarily
enter into a contract for services with any proponent.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 14 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/05.
