ASHC released this RFP to retain a business case consultant to support developing business cases for Budget 2025. This RFP is for the purpose of: Preparing business cases; and Coordinating with the cost consultant/quantity surveyor who will be providing capital cost estimates on an as needed basis for submission to Budget 2025 capital plan.
