City of Calgary - Pre-qualification Request - 24-2025 Master Design and Planning Services for City Owned Land RFSO

In this Request for Standing Offer, the City of Calgary is seeking experienced consulting firms to provide professional services for a) conceptual planning, urban design, landscape architectural design, transportation consulting, community engagement, market research and analysis, preliminary engineering, energy and carbon modelling; and/or climate risk and resilience consulting. The City is seeking the service of up to five (5) qualified consulting firms in each category. Categories include: Category 1 – Feasibility and Pre-Development Services; and Category 2 – Development Applications. Each Master Agreement will have a term of three (3) years. The term of any Service Level Agreement entered into under a Master Agreement will have a term appropriate to the completion of the Requirements set out therein. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to the direct commercial negotiations.
