Town of St. Paul - Invitation to Bid - St. Paul Municipal Airport - Airfield Pavement Rehabilitation Project | IFT #2024-001

The Town of St. Paul is seeking a qualified contractor to rehabilitate the existing airside pavements at the St. Paul Municipal Airport. The main work includes a pavement overlay of 50 mm to Runway 08-26. Provisional items include a 50 mm overlay to Taxiway A; a 50 mm overlay to Apron I, including the installation of five (5) sets of aircraft tie down anchors (fifteen (15) total anchors) as well as two (2) concrete swales in front of the existing hangar facilities. Proponents are responsible for registering with APC or Merx to access all necessary documents related to this solicitation. A certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Estimated Tender Price and a Consent of Surety or Agreement to Bond for the Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond as described herein, in the amounts specified must accompany each Tender Submission.
