Alberta Energy Regulator - Request for Proposal - General Building Mechanical & Plumbing Services

AER’s Workplace Services (WPS) team is seeking one or more vendors to provide both scheduled and unscheduled mechanical and plumbing services to our office(s) and warehouse(s) located throughout Alberta. The successful respondent will submit a proposal for one Primary Location, or both (defined below), clearly stating which of the following location(s) the submission applies to: • All Calgary and Edmonton locations or; • Both primary Calgary locations or; • Both primary Edmonton locations o Calgary and Edmonton Primary Locations each have a separate scope and as such, submissions for each Primary Location will be scored separately. • Each submission should include information regarding the capacity to preform work at Optional Locations (defined below). o Pricing for or the ability to service Optional Locations will not be considered in the evaluation. The work contemplated under this RFP consists of two components: mechanical and plumbing services involving but not limited to: general maintenance, repair, demolition, installation services, and scheduled services to existing HVAC units (reference Section 7.0, Scope & Requirements for unit specifications), with the possibility of part replacement and equipment replacement if failure occurs. Note that AER reserves the right to split the award for Primary Locations and Optional Locations to multiple vendors based on resources per location. Please note that the AER may add or remove service locations (all within the Province of Alberta) over the term of the contract resulting from this RFP. Any additional locations within Alberta would require the services contemplated under this RFP.
