ATB Financial - Request for Proposal - Architectural and Design Partners

The purpose of this RFP is to secure multiple Proponents to provide Architectural and interior design services for ATBs real estate portfolio which includes branches, advisory hubs, wealth hubs, agencies, corporate space, and future space. Services may also include any design projects that ATB takes on for its wholly owned subsidiaries. These projects will focus largely on renovations and remodeling of branches and may include minor works in corporate locations predominantly Alberta-based with additional projects across Canada anticipated. The successful proponents would act as the prime consultant and shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete projects as indicated by the scope of work generated for each initiated project.
