The objective of this project is to conduct a comprehensive review of the AIMG Program to better understand the benefits, drawbacks, and implications of the program’s policies. A comprehensive review will provide recommendations to improve the Program and align it with current workforce needs. The Program policies and processes are interrelated and should work together to serve the Program’s objectives. Each issue should be considered as a part of the larger program rather than an isolated concern.
