Description
This RFQ is for a two year standing offer for brand specific UiPath licenses. The contract also allows for up to 3 one year extensions. The RPA Center of Excellence team currently has completed 25 projects using UiPath software, and currently have another 9 projects being developed using UiPath software. The number of Bots in production is expected to increase by ~ 5 each year as well as the need for foundational UiPath products (ex: Automation Hub, Insights, Flex Bundles, etc.) UiPath product are licensed for a 1 year team, and need to be renewed each year. Additional licenses will continue to be purchased each year as more and more projects are developed and put into production. These new licenses will also need to be renewed each year.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/10/16.
