Description
UCalgary is looking for qualified suppliers that can provide maintenance and support on all equipment in the Data Center. The Proponents responsibilities include however are not limited to providing technical maintenance on equipment for a minimum of 8 hours with 7 x 24 hours responses, providing certified technicians, a dedicated sales team, and work with UCalgary team for emergency maintenance. All proponents must be a certified Sales partner of each listed equipment.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/10/31.
