Town of High River - 2024 RCMP- HVAC Boiler Replacement

Remove and replace two (2) existing boiler units, current units are manufactured by Super Hot Model- SG 400E. Supply and install two (2) New boilers equal to the specification of the existing boilers currently in place. Remove and replace the existing LWCO 751 and flow switch which are below the isolation valve. Reuse existing electrical and mechanical fittings wherever possible. Commission both boiler units, check all pressures, check operation of all safety devices, commission as per manufacture specification. Provide the “Town” with all commissioning reports and manuals for equipment. Boilers shall be connected to the existing Building Management System (BMS), current system is Serv-All. For information on the BMS please email: estimating@serv-all.ca The proponent will be responsible for any and all required permits to complete the project. Please note that all work within the building will need to be scheduled in advance and workers will need to be supervised at all times by RCMP Staff. Work should not occur on weekends or evenings unless authorized in advance. Detachment hours are 0800 to 1600 HRS.
