Alberta Energy Regulator - Request for Proposal - Engagement Support Services

The AER is seeking on demand enterprise engagement expertise and services for medium to high complexity enterprise-wide projects and initiatives. These services will complement and collaborate with our in-house professional engagement and communication staff and project teams. We are seeking specific stakeholder and public engagement expertise in: - Strategy – including plan development and writing (e.g., objectives, stakeholder mapping, communications, resourcing/capacity needs, timeline, etc.); - Planning – including design, logistics, materials, coordination of in-person and virtual sessions; - Execution – including facilitation, collecting feedback and follow-up; - Reporting – including feedback collating and analysis, report writing and communication delivery. Contracted work will focus on both Strategic Engagement Planning, requiring an understanding of the AER’s diverse stakeholders, rightsholders, public interest and ties directly to our commitment to build credibility and trust across key audiences, as well as provide Engagement Specialist expertise to support the AER engagement specialists with specific projects and initiatives when volume or complexity of the work exceeds our internal capacity.
