Lacombe County - Request for Tender - One (1) New 2025 Model 4500, 4x4 Ext. Cab & Chassis

REQUEST FOR TENDER ONE (1) NEW 2025 MODEL 4500, 4x4 EXT. CAB & CHASSIS Tenders are invited for the supply of One (1) new 2025 Model 4500, Ext. Cab and Chassis. Truck tender will only be considered when equipped with the manufacturers standard features and conform to the following specifications. Other items considered of necessity or interest may be listed separately with prices. Manufacturer build sheets must accompany all tenders. Earliest delivery date to be no sooner than January 2, 2025 F.O.B. Lacombe County. Payment will be made within thirty (30) days of delivery. Two copies of the tender are to be received by 11:00 am, Wednesday, October 09, 2024. Lacombe County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The County reserves the right to accept a tender other than the lowest tender without stating reasons. By the act of submitting its bid, the Bidder waives any right to contest in any legal proceeding or action the right of the County to award the work to whomever it chooses in its sole and unfettered discretion, and for whatever reasons Lacombe County deems appropriate. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the County may consider any other factor besides price and capability to perform the work that it deems in its sole discretion to be relevant to its decision including but not limited to the following: - Previous experience the municipality has with the bidder. - Experience that the bidder has in successfully completing similar projects.
