Description
The University conducted it’s due diligence by testing Seer’s pipeline with pilot data, revealing that the University’s in-house technology using leading commercial depletion kits for blood analysis is able to identify and quantify ~700 in a blood sample. Using the same sample, the Seer Inc Proteograph technology resulted in >5000 proteins. As this is a biomarker study to identify novel factors in blood for diseases where there are not currently blood tests, the Department needs the best coverage possible to increase the probability of success. Proponents are to match or exceed results derived by Bio Inc's Technology.
