Edmonton Catholic Separate School Division - Request for Proposal - Equipment Repair & Maintenance Services

ECSD requests proposals from bondable potential bidders with the resources and experience to enter into a contract for equipment repair and maintenance services for Career and Technology Studies (CTS) equipment and Career and Technology Foundations (CTF) equipment. Contractors are invited by ECSD to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Standing Offer (RSO). The Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) will have an initial term of one year, commencing from the date of award with two (2), one (1) year possible renewal options, provided all obligations have been met as determined by ECSD. This SOA will not exceed three (3) years’ total. ECSD shall in its sole discretion, be the only determiner of the acceptability and suitability of proposals submitted. No minimum volume of work is guaranteed. Individual work projects will vary between one hundred dollars ($100.00) and twenty-thousand dollars, ($20,000.00) depending on the nature of the project. Work will be assigned by ECSD Facility Services department via work orders. This RSO is not a contract to purchase goods or services. ECSD shall review all proposals submitted in compliance with this RSO, and may, but is not obligated to enter a SOA for the proposed services.
