City of Calgary - Request for Proposal - 24-1622 Outdoor Parks Waste & Recycling Collection

The City of Calgary has over 7800 hectares of public park land and over 700 km of public pathway for the public to enjoy, including spray parks, off leash dog areas, natural park lands and more, all of which require a variety of public Waste Containers. The Supplier will provide the Collection Services at parks and outdoor areas within Calgary city limits. This RFP has organized the nine zones and cemeteries into four schedules. The City intends to enter into up to 4 Agreements for the provision of the Deliverables. Proponents may submit proposals for one or multiple schedules and should include clearly on their proposal which schedule(s) they are submitting a proposal for. Schedule A – North Zones 1,2,3 and 4 Schedule B – South Zones 5, 6, 7 and 8 Schedule C – Center Zone 9 Schedule D – Cemeteries (Queens Park, Union, St Mary’s, Burnslan, Praire Sky) The Agreement(s) will be for a Term of 2 year(s). The Agreement(s) may be renewed, three (2) times, for two (2) years each time, for a total maximum length of six (6) years
