It is The City’s intention to establish a standing Single Source contract with Graham Infrastructure LP (“Supplier”) to: • Provide continued support in fulfillment of Pressure Equipment Integrity Management System (PEIMS) responsibilities. • Training of city Personnel to assume PEMIS responsibilities. • Continued development of the IMS, facilitation of ASBA inspections and oversight of maintenance activities on pressure equipment. It is the intent of The City to award this contract for the following reason(s): This procurement aligns with Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), procurement exception 513.1(c): “for additional deliveries by the original supplier of goods or services that were not included in the initial procurement, if a change of supplier for such additional goods or services: (i) cannot be made for economic or technical reasons such as requirements of interchangeability or interoperability with existing equipment, software, services, or installations procured under the initial procurement; and (ii) would cause significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs for the procuring entity;
