Strathcona County - Request for Proposal - RFP #24.0056 Residential Waste Collection Services

RFX documents should be obtained from the Bonfire portal at https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca. This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Residential Waste Collection Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The intent of this RFP is to implement a residential collection program that provides automated cart collection of waste and organics materials, manual collection of blue bag recycling and various special collection events, including Christmas trees, large residential item collection, bagged extra yard waste and textiles. The County’s objectives are to maximize waste diversion and retain a successful proponent that can provide reliable collection services in a cost-effective manner.
