Municipal District of Pincher Creek No. 9 - Request for Proposal - Therriault Community Dam Spillway and Wave Mitigation Upgrades - RFP Engineering Services

The Municipal District of Pincher Creek No. 9 (MD) is seeking qualified Consultants to provide engineering services. Services to be provided will include detailed design, regulatory submissions, tendering, construction administration, and post construction support. The MD is referring to this project as the Therriault Dam Spillway & Wave Mitigation Upgrades (Rehabilitation), and is located at SW-27-005-29 W4M. This project works off existing studies to tender and construct: • An expanded spillway to handle flood events and additional protection at the end of the spillway chute • Gravel berm upgrades along length of dam crest where low spot exists and large wave action is predicted The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for interested professional engineering firms to prepare and submit a formal response to this request in accordance with the requirements outlined within. Submitted information will be reviewed by the MD and evaluated to select an engineering firm to undertake the detailed design, regulatory submissions, tender administration, and construction administration for the Therriault Rehabilitation Project
