1. The City is seeking a qualified lighting consulting firm to provide a variety of ongoing services, such as site inspections, light level studies, data logging, report creation, and occasional design. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The term of the consulting agreement will be for one (1) year, with the option to renew for three (3) additional two (2) year term for a maximum total of seven (7) years.
