City of Calgary - Request for Quotes - 24-0205 OBMF Wall Relocation and Clean Room Extension

1. This RFQ is for suppliers who are pre-qualified under C7400200 Buildings General Contractor category only. 2. This project is for expansion of the clean room in the Oliver Bowen Facility by removing one wall and extending the finishes from the clean room into the expanded area. Project consist of expansion of the clean room in the Oliver Bowen Facility by removing one wall and extending the finishes from the clean room into the expanded area. The project includes removal of existing double doors leading to the paint room and exploring expanding/relocating the hoist system. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Term is until construction completion. Scheduled Operation Date is 2025/2/28.
