    Description
    Leduc County is seeking proposals for technical engineering services to assess, review, and make recommendations on the regional water and wastewater infrastructure. This work will support the development of a new Area Structure Plan for the employment (commercial/industrial) lands located southwest of the Edmonton International Airport. The intent is for Leduc County Planning and Development to undertake the land use planning and policy work, while contracting out the required technical engineering needed to guide the statutory level planning. The Town of Devon is a partner in this project and the Edmonton International Airport is a key stakeholder. The project has an approved budget of $75,000 plus the potential for an additional $105,000 in grant funding for a total project value up to $180,000.
