Description
The road surface condition in Fieldstone and Heatherglen Lanes has deteriorated past the point of preservation. This is caused by aging, weathering and heavy road traffic. Rehabilitation work is needed to restore the pavement surface to the required level of service.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from consultants to enter into an agreement with the City of Spruce Grove that can provide engineering, design and construction management services for 2025 Surface Rehabilitation - Fieldstone and Heatherglen Lanes. The City's intent is to find a consultant that has experience in urban design and construction management on surface infrastructure rehabilitation.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 9 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/01/15.
