Description
ARROW Utilities (ARROW) invites proposals for emergency generators maintenance and repair work on the generators listed on Appendix A – Emergency Generators Equipment List. The nature of the work will include both Preventative Maintenance Program (PM) as well as Corrective Maintenance (CM) as required to troubleshoot and repair generators. The contractor must provide short notice response to emergency situations regardless of the time. Annual budget is not expected to exceed $55,000 for Labor, Parts & Equipment. The resulting agreement will be over a five-year period to commence January 30, 2025, and expire on January 29, 2030
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/01/30.
