Forestry and Parks - Advanced Contract Award Notice / Notice of Proposed Procurement - Moveable Picnic Tables

The Request for Quotes (RFQ) # Doc3845172532 was posted on Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC) on January 26, 2023 for the supply of moveable picnic tables based on specifications provided by Forestry and Parks. The RFQ stated that: “The Goods acquired under this Purchase Agreement are the standard for the Purchaser until March 31, 2026.” The closing date was February 6, 2023 and WTS Manufacturer & Sales Inc. was the successful vendor for the Goods acquired. The Goods acquired from WTS Manufacturer & Sales Inc. therefore is the standard until March 31, 2026. As per the standard set, a purchase order will be issued to WTS Manufacturer & Sales Inc. for the purchase of moveable picnic tables on behalf of Forestry and Parks. WTS Manufacturer & Sales Inc. is the manufacturer of the quoted Goods. This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 (Government Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement.
