Treasury Board and Finance - Request for Proposal - PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF CARE-FIRST AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE IN ALBERTA

The FSRP division of the Department of Treasury Board and Finance (TBF) is issuing this RFP to secure the services of a Contractor to provide project management services for the implementation of care-first auto insurance in Alberta. The Contractor will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of the care-first auto insurance system in Alberta. The Contractor will provide project management services and be responsible for strategic project planning and oversight. Using strong project management skills, the Contractor will keep the various streams of work associated with the implementation of care-first auto insurance on-time and ensure decision-makers are kept informed throughout the project. The Contractor will work alongside internal staff and external stakeholders on this complex reform. The Contractor will foster collaboration, ensure adherence to timelines, and ensure desired project outcomes are achieved.
