City of Red Deer - Request for Proposal - Environmental Assessment and Remediation: Tier 2 Guideline Development, Source Removal Supervision and Groundwater Interception

The deliverables within this RFP will include: Developing Tier 2 Soil and Groundwater Remediation Gudelines to Alberta Environment and Protected Areas (AEPA) acceptance. Directing the removal of salinity impacted (Source) soil and confirmatory analytical sampling to demonstrate Tier 2 Guideline compliance. The design and pilot testing of a groundwater interception system for the removal of salinity affected groundwater and associated disposal. Provide direction to The City of Red Deer for Regulatory requirements during the contract term for the development of Capstone.
