City of Lethbridge - Negotiated Request for Proposal - Royal View Memorial Cemetery Irrigation System Construction Services

The scope of work for this project includes all equipment, materials, and labour to construct the landscaping and irrigation for the new section. Refer to attachments for more details: •Removals of the existing dryland grass. •Supply and placement of topsoil including parkland seed. •Supply and install turf irrigation system including mainline, control valves, isolation valves, irrigation heads, lateral lines, and connection to existing irrigation system. Irrigation installation of, but not limited to: 75mm HDPE mainline, 50mm and 38mm HDPE laterals, electric control valves, control wire and conduits, sprinklers, quick coupler, isolation vales, and hose bib assemblies. •Supply and install Control wire and conduits and junction boxes. •Survey for the layout of the components and for as-builts. •2-year warranty period. The intent is that a complete job is called for. All work to be constructed in accordance with the RFQ documents and City of Lethbridge Construction Specifications.
