Portage College - Request for Proposal - Portage College – Replacement of Instructional Trailer

The purpose of this request is to solicit formal responses from qualified Modular Firms specializing in Construction, Planning, Architectural Design, Project Costing and Scheduling. Through this RFP process the College intends to identify a firm deemed capable of providing the required product, service, schedule deemed to closely meets its stated requirements. The scope of work to be undertaken by the successful firm, once commissioned, will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following: 3.1 Design instructional trailer using attached rough drawings. (We understand that the design may change due to code regulations) 3.2 Manufacture a new Instructional Modular / trailer, delivery & set to accommodate all building codes. 3.3 Site work: Skirting, cold weather prevention aides, stairs and wheelchair ramp. 3.4 Turn-Key Fit up.
