Base and Pave Twp Rd 542, from Hwy 748 N east to Rge Rd 165. Approximately 6.3 km in length of road improvements, these improvements include but are not limited to regrading of the roadway and ditches, replacement of culverts, supply and installation of culverts, installation of erosion control devices, subgrade preparation, granular base course, asphaltic concrete pavement, topsoil placement and seeding, removal and reinstallation of existing signs, new sign installation and installation of guard rail.
